***Spot the Ball - Qualifying Rounds - RESULTS***

Post by RalphCoatesComb » Mon Nov 20, 2017 10:17 am

Final Qualifying Round starts here

This Round closes at 18.00 (Or 6pm) Friday 25th November

Selections need to be made by Text to 07950-369030 or via e-mail to ralphcoatescomb at aol dot com

This has proved to be an effective method and makes Spot's life a lot easier. He has even topped up the credit on his "Burner Phone" ;)

Anyone not willing to send selections through in this manner must wait until 17.00 (or 5pm) Friday 24th

Since last week's recipe method didn't bear much fruit this week will be different.

1. Select seven numbers randomly between 1 & 6 and write each on a separate piece of paper.
2. Place pieces of paper on table face down.
3. Shuffle said pieces of paper around with eyes closed.
4. Line up papers in a row whilst face down.
5. Turn over said pieces of paper from left to right.
6. Record the resulting seven numbers L - R against letters A to G respectively.
7. Pray for luck.

1. Look at all pictures, pick where you think the ball is then pick the number furthest away :D

Ralph has this seasons format changed to make it easier for you to operate? (which I appreciate).

I only ask as I find this seasons format not as good.

I’ll be sticking with the ERM (Excel Randomisation Method) system that that Lifted me to top spot last week

It does make it easier for Spot but, good news (if you get through to the next Round) for the remainder of the Competition, we will be reverting to the GRID method... it's similar to the Rhythm method but different ;)

There's been some strange movement in the betting.

If I didn't know better, I would suspect "Insider Trading"

Think I need a new PC

After starting the process earlier this morning, it has finally completed the ERM calculations and submitted the results via email

It's safe to say that things are getting very tight in some Groups.

See the other thread re The Associate Members Cup... for those who don't make it through to the Last 16 in the F.A. Cup

As it says there... just an idea at this stage

Just a little over 4 hours to go before we find out who goes through to the knock-out stages

Still lots to play for.

Don't forget, elimination today isn't a total loss, the "Dog's Bowl", AKA the "Associate Members Cup" is coming soon.
