A statue of Sean Dyche at Turf Moor

You may have seen Jamie Redknapp suggesting that Dyche deserves a statue.

Well as much as I agree he deserves a statue, I suggest we as supporters should start with something more simple.

Can I suggest we try to add to the atmosphere at Turf Moor by organising a massive flag of Sean with some message like "IN DYCHE WE TRUST."

I for one am going to start promoting this fact to all the Burney Social Media outlets and hopefully we can get something started and sorted.

I am willing to contribute to a well organised collection and would love to see something unveiled as the players walk out onto the pitch at the beginning of the game.

Sorry, traditionalist here.... a statue I could cope with (especially in a few years time) but not a flag.... its too much of the modern razzmatazz. File with goal music for me. Sorry

Not to be all bah humbug about it or anything, but we’re 12 games into a season after finishing the previous one 16th. Let’s not be popping the champagne just yet

There are at least 2 others that deserve a statue before Sean

It's a big yes from me!! I don't think statues of taffy and frank will be that popular to be honest.

Im pretty sure there is a banner at the back of JHU which says something like in dyche we trust.

His statue will come if he continues improving and doesn't leave us in a similar way to OC.

I'm not one for statues, they rarely look like the real person. But if we are going to start erecting them Harry Potts must be the first.

In the past I think many fans would have liked to see some form of efergy of Bob suitable suspended but your the first to want a statue.

Got to be chanting “Sean Dyche’s Claret and Blue Army”

Not enough fans putting a shift in to effect the result

The only one who would agree is Bob himself I imagine - though it was his impetus that led to us getting Gawthorpe - A stand is enough - though would it carry the same name if redeveloped

Statues are for dead legends

I prefer him to remain a living claret legend for a long while yet

Can we let him retire and his legacy be looked back on with fondness before we even consider a statue? Surely he will get a stand named after him then too

I don't think that he would like a statue of himself, a stand naming maybe at the right time but not a statue - just my thought

How about a statue of Bob holding a statue of Harry holding a statue of Sean stepping on a gargoyle with the face of Owen Coyle?

I have always thought Bronze Friezes of the FA Cup and both 1st Division winning sides would look fantastic if placed thoughtfully outside the main office.

Imagine if Dyche leaves and comes back with another side and the away fans are in the "Sean Dyche stand"

I think we'd be better off waiting until the end of his tenure before we decide how to honour him.

A frieze of Jimmy Mullen and his wife in a Fish & Chip shop with a local fan ?

A depiction of George Oghani carrying out domestic chores in a DIY store ?
