Seedhill Athletics

Post by OssyClaret » Tue Nov 21, 2017 11:45 am

I'm looking to do a bit of training on the athletics track. Nor particularly interested in joining in any groups etc. at this stage.

Does anyone know if you can just rock up and train or are there particular days and times etc?

Not been for a while but you used to be able to turn up and pay about £3 to use the track. You ran ring TEL: 01282 661616 to check. The gym at the track seems to be open until 9 so imagine the lights will be on until 9. What sort of running do you do?

Possibly.
I've heard the expression a few times...
"Let me just draw the curtains"
"Is there enough hot water for me to draw a bath"

We close curtains, and run baths where I'm from!
