The videos I saw didn't show him come from a different part of the stand and to say it was over in 3 or 4 seconds I don't know how far he could move to get in on the action?

Quick you are being a bit slow the guy steps 11 or 12 steps whilst carrying a child to a no need to be involved punch up over a game of football.
The players may be out of order but its their job thats at stake, whilst the guy is putting his child in danger, for that he should get a life ban.
