Re: Everton
Nah, he just needs a manager who's got a clear idea of what they're trying to do.RingoMcCartney wrote:Is Michael Keane turning out to be just a rich man's Jason Shackell?

Re: Everton
Michael Keane could come back to us, sit on the bench and walk straight into the team if there was an injury concern. I believe he would settle right back in within 20 minutes of a match or training with us. He is just misguided and being made to look bad in what is possibly worse than you're average Saturday league team defensive unit.

I think you're probably right Sid. Just hope that new gaffer isn't Sean Dyche.Sidney1st wrote:Nah, he just needs a manager who's got a clear idea of what they're trying to do.

Re: Everton
I always thought he needed another year with us.. But the big boys?came knocking and we snapped their hands off. Bad move with hindsight to Everton for the lad.Mr Dyche always has something in reserve and an ace up his sleeve though when losing a leading player.

Re: Everton
Not good news for us. He won't activate any of the performance clauses. Was it 5m at stake?

Re: Everton
I dont see why he should be any different from the rest of that team....they look like a rudderless ship...they need to get exactly the right manager in for sure or it will be a squeaky bum season for sure.

Re: Everton
They should have had this sorted in the international break but they didn't they messed about, they are around 5-6 games until the New Year and if they are still around bottom 4 then, then they will definitely be in trouble, they will have gone half a season playing defensive kamikaze and listening to Unsworth after the game last night I don't think he realised just how bad they are, thank god the other Ashley doesn't play for us he is a liability and I thought Keane was all over the place, mind you he didn't look out of place with the rest of them.
