I've been lucky to see one of them live - 10 or 11 years ago. It was at the Nou Camp.
Real Madrid won.
Players on show included Figo, Zidane, Beckham, Ronaldo mark 1.
100,000 fans and they were throwing pigs heads at their ex player Figo.
It was decent !

Were they still throwing pigs heads? I just assumed they were doing that in his first season. Can you believe that he moved 16 years ago!

Yes - there were high netting installed in front of the crowd around the corner flags as Figo took a lot of the corners. He got dogs abuse.

Spanish games are a strange atmosphere as there are no away fans....so if Barca are losing as they were when i saw them its pretty much constant deafening boos. Ronaldo scored 2 goals in the game I think and Real Madrid were much better team.

We bought our tickets from touts outside the ground - about hundred euros from memory. There was a big fight broke out between ticket touts !
