Probably a little harsh to make a few changes.

However this is the reasoning.

I think Lowton has to come in to deal with martial and rashfords pace (arguably quicker than Bardsley, who I don’t think has done much wrong).

Barnes to start on the left of midfield in place of arfield. United are a large physical team hence Barnes inclusion in that position.

Vokes to replace wood.

Wells to give Hendrick a break. Think he has looked leggy and a break would do him some good.
Plus wells extra pace might cause them some problems.

Lowton in for me. Can't believe we have no other choice at CB. Hendrick should be benched but we are short of options. I would start with Vokes probably.

Seeing how Wells only got a few minutes vs Spurs, I wouldn't be starting him. The chances are he needs match minutes under his belt from the bench, incrementally. I also wouldn't be changing the formation to something we haven't played this season and I can't see SD doing so either.

The team more or less picks itself bar upfront with the injuries we have but i would like to see some of the squad players used and rest some for Huddersfield which is a bigger game for us.

Would definitely give Vokes a start. Unlucky to lose his place in the first place and finished off last season really well.

For me, Hendrick has to be dropped he is consistently offering nothing to the team and not warranting his inclusion at the moment. Try Wells in his position, can't do any worse.

Were trying to move forward as a team. Playing good football away from home has been a key to that rather than just pumping it forward. Hendrick in that regard is key to keeping the ball on the deck away from home as for Barnes he doesn't suit that style of play.
