Bloke at my footy has lost 11kgs / 1.7 stone in 2-3 weeks but he's on the Keto diet.
Going to be interesting to see if he can maintain the lower weight when he stops the diet.
I have worked out a weekend treat of low fat black pud slices (3% fat) dry fried or done in the oven, covered in beans in a dish, then 3/4 egss cracked on top and covered then microwaved. Its allowed on my diet and makes you feel like you aren't depriving yourself of a weekend "fry up" without breaking the diet.
