Misleading title then isn't it if its just about subs.
Re: Stats show Dyche to be most attackminded manager in PL
What he means is as we ususlly have 1 GK, 1 RB 1 CB, 1 MC and usually 3 Forwards on the bench, more often than not we have to sling another striker on when legs get tired.
Add that to the fact in recent weeks we've been chasing the game, injuries to wide men and Hendrick being poor, weve sometimes had 3 forwards on at once, sometimes 2 coming off the bench.
I think we are quite possibly the most defensive/negative minded team in the division. Not a dig as it works for us, it's just how it is, and it's got us to safety with ease, so crack on is what I say.

Based on the percentage of substitutions made during games which are considered attacking.

It's in the Burnley Express -
Using StrataBet data, BetStars have ranked each manager in the Premier League based on the percentage of substitutions made during games which are considered attacking.
Leading the way, with almost two thirds of his changes being attack-minded, is Burnley’s Sean Dyche, followed by Arsenal’s Arsene Wenger, who has made a higher proportion of attacking changes than any of his top six rivals, with Antonio Conte and Marco Silva tied for third place.

Facts are the new statistics, can be twisted anyway you want.
