That is one confusing story. The photo suggests it's the guy on the right who is visually impaired, yet it says he's called Mohammed Salim Patel, which suggests it's the guy on the left.

Even a blind man on a galloping horse can see that!

Elephants don't have a problem, so why not a horse.

Can't be arsed reading the article but is it a man from Blackbum and a horse from Guide and possible nuptials?

I can vaguely remember a lady who used to walk a sheep on a lead round Darwen. I can't remember if it was a pet or not. But they stopped her from walking it for some reason. I once saw her waiting to cross the road opposite Baa rclays Bank..

It's just another 'spin' on a non-news item that the LT will wish to fill its headlines with.

Look at the photo. The small horse is wearing a rather giveaway Hi-Viz Gillet which states that it is a 'Blind Horse in Training'.

It's the bloody horse that's blind, not the bog-eyed retards who are dragging the poor animal through the streets of Blackburn.

What a shame.

It doesn't stand a chance in that town!....it's way too cute, and is just the right height for buggering.
