MAC N CHEESE .. Trading at 11.5 on Betfair .. Wide margins winner of two hurdle races then sent chasing , well backed but disappointing as Ayr when back over hurdles last time .. stables last two jumpers won and will like the ground

ROWDY RACER... Trading at 13.5 on Betfair... but to find with a few of these and reaching the veteran stage now, but likes the ground and course and did run a better race here last time .

FONTWELL

SHOCKINGTIMES ... Trading at 4.0 on Betfair .. Has won the off higher marks in the past and on this ground. Decent run last time , remarkable the number of times he has been hampered or met trouble in running. Stable 5/16.

He didn't tip Rydale racer, so why mention that? He tipped Rowdy racer which I assume was meant to be Rowdy Rocher and finished 7th?

Flyingbolt backs two horses in every race rather than E.W. (when betting) so any placings are worthless.

LEGAL HISTORY .. Trading at 8.0 on Betfair ... eye catching debut and again did his best work at the finish on second run should appreciate this trip

SIR HAMILTON ...Trading at 4.8 on Betfair .. promising debut at Newmarket and 2/2 since. Three winners coming out of his last race , double penalty but well regarded

ARNASON .. Trading at 5.4 on Betfair ... finally got his head in front at Wolverhampton , finishes his races well and might get the race run to suit

HARBOUR PATROL ... Trading at 4.1 .. has won off much higher in the past , comfortably won his last race and runs off same mark stable going well

EVANESCENT .. Trading at 7.00 on Betfair .. closely matched with several of these on last run where he was mugged on the line, that run was his best for a long while and is well in on old form

BE BOLD .. Trading at at 5.3 on Betfair .. another Rebecca Bastiman horse who wins in his turn and has won of a much higher mark on the turf

TABLA .. Trading at 7.4 on Betfair .. Not beaten far on last run and stable had a big priced winner the other day , dropped in class in what is a poor race

Much prefer that to each way betting when making selections , but doesn't mean others may choose to back them each way so not worthless to those who do .

But all my selections are proofed to level stakes at win only

And I don't back horses anymore just trade

Well that clarifies nothing as you have made the same typo again Not had chance to look at the racing today as been at work and my phone is playing up, so probably won't be doing anything.

Prices nearly always better and would advise using Betfair exchange to bookies
Plan A would have a good chance we'll handicapped and has won here , looked to be coming back to form and best amateur booked .. hence the poor value .. but wouldn't put you off
