Children should be born into the army, forced to use guns when they are 10 years old, shipped abroad to blow the rag heads to pieces without ever being told they are loved. **** showing emotions, who needs that? Men are no longer men but women with pants on, it makes me sick, WHERE ARE THE GOOD OLD DAYS.

I can't wait for Brexit when we are able to finally move out of this political correctness gone mad.

Dazzler, do you also take a peacock onboard whenever you travel by air as an emotional crutch?

Try telling that in person to the many ex soldiers who regularly go on the Turf.We have always numbered squaddies amongst our fans.Back in the day they used to come to Cardiff away in big numbers incase their unique skills were needed.

The only time I'll ever seek the opinion or advice of Piers Morgan is if I want to hack the Voicemail of a Murdered Schoolgirl's Mobile Phone.

Aye, they'd probably use the emotion of laughter, then walk away leaving you festering in your shallow and deluded avarice.

They'd probably break down with PTSD, or having never learned a sufficient coping mechanism due to their stunted brain development, which led to them joining the army in the first place, would lash out like they always do.

Newspapers these days are full of stories of ex-soldiers gone wrong. The army is basically uni for future criminals.

 The army, along with the other services, can be a rewarding career, with lots of opportunity you wouldn't get elsewhere. Sounds to me that you think everyone in the army is cannon fodder, which isn't the case. Must be great having such a good job and rewarding career like yourself. Before you start, I'm not in the army.

If I thought for one second you were being serious I'd think you needed help but I don't believe you are so we'll all just laugh.
I do agree with you about Brexit and PC though.

Can be rewarding if you come out of it alive and with all your limbs intact but if not I fail to see how it is.

Interesting point: if no-one in any country joined the army there would be no need for any army. Then the politicians who declare war with other politicians would have to go and sort it out amongst themselves. Millions of people have died in wars that were declared by a tiny handful of people, most of whom took no part in them. It's an irony that never fails to amaze me.
Another Interesting point: one of the only good points of war is that due to the millions who died in the two world wars, and the subsequent lack of procreation by them, their children and grandchildren, we are temporarily relieved from over-population, which is apparently the biggest threat to human life on earth according many scientists. Another irony.

Are you saying, UptheBeehole, that Muslims with criminal potential and stunted brain development are better off in our army?

Maybe the time for National Service is coming. I hope so, there’s a few muppets on this thread who could do with being taught some respect. If anyone wishes to discuss the ins and outs of my post, please can we do this in person? I don’t really identify with keyboard warriors.

In the Piers Morgan video in the OP, I don’t agree with his view, in fact I don’t have an opinion, I don’t care. However, from 01:40, and I hate to say this, I agree with everything he says.

You're out of your mind of you believe compulsory enlistment in the armed forces would teach a single person respect. It'd teach those with the most grievous lack of respect towards others nothing less than recalcitrance (and now that person is a trained killer, too) while coercing the the otherwise respectful into a pointless tax-payer funded social programme (I mean conscription, not the armed forces as a whole) which inhibits their career potential and economic contribution-not least their personal freedom-for almost half a decade of their life, and for what? To satiate the indignation (and ignorance) of a handful of fogies unaffected by the policy?

Under-motivated conscripts phoning it in for four years as part of a standing army in the mould of yesterday's battlefield? Yeah, great use of the defence budget.

Sorry to be blunt, but what a ****ing idiot.
