Russian hooligan arrested
Seems the Germans have nicked a Russian trying to change planes who's the suspect in putting that bloke in a coma back in the Euros.
On his way to a European game in Bilbao so it seems hes a Spartak Moscow fan.
Can't wait for the world cup over there. Are the British government going to advise against all but essential travel to this shithole?

Have a look at Eastern European football. Found this site a couple of years ago showing some Polish away ends, I think it's damn hilarious. My favourite is the one with the banner 'hooligans' with the flares, looks like they're burning them.

Re: Russian hooligan arrested
England fans will get slaughtered over there, i wouldnt travel to that s...hole if i was offered an all expensive trip to watch the england games,[not that they will be many]Anyone who watched the BBC documentary titled RUSSIAS FOOTBALL HOOLIGANS screened last year, will probably agree that any travelling fans going to that part of the world will take their lives in their own hands, mark my words these so called fans will be waiting sword in hand [literally],for English or any other nationality, i hope those loyal [and rich] fans be vigilant at all times, watch your backs guys, keep a low profile and come home safely is all i can say.

If the Russian state can manage all that carnage over in France, just think what they can manage at home. (Especially with a few "Police" reports to back up their version of events!)

Re: Russian hooligan arrested
Was on a train full of russians (alomg with mexicans, french and germans) from nice to marseille for that game. They were all fine. A bit lairy by the end but they were all fine. Didnt have any problems all day or night.
Clearly some england fans were unfortunate and clearly what happened to some was disgraceful. But a handful of Russians (200 max out of thousands who travelled from a population of millions and millions.) Caused an issue. England fans have been tarnished by the reputation of a few for decades. So its unfair to then do the same to others.
Most of the people who ended up in trouble looked for it. Simple as that really. It was always a matter of time before englands reputation caused themselves issues. Like always its usually the innocent who get hurt. But there were plenty of england fans out there who wanted trouble. That is until they got it.

And fyi, read some reports from the euros.
I don't think they were the discriminating, gentleman hooligans you seem to think they were.

Fifa and UEFA would have a field day if English clubs or fans caused anywhere near as much trouble as the German and Eastern European clubs are doing in competition and international games this season.

Re: Russian hooligan arrested
I've come across a few Russians whilst away with work / in London / Ski hols. So far I've found them very obnoxious / rude / sleezy and not very good company at all... mix that with being a knob head hooligan and you are looking at one of the worst human beings possible.
Obviously this is my own view - to which I'm entitled.

Why did the UK spend so much putting a bid together when a few envelopes of dollar bills would have covered it

I've been saying this for years, but more as a protest to FIFA. England should host a small international competition every 2 years, invite only with two teams from each continent.k90bfc wrote:Every England fan, should boycott the Whole World Cup,Show them up for what they are,Keep safe, leave them to it!

Re: Russian hooligan arrested
I have first hand experience of Russian hooligans. Saw a Super Cup Final in Monaco a few years back Man U v Zenit. Pleasant pre game drinks the night before match turned into battle as Russians stormed through square in Nice outside bars. Mate ended up covered in blood, I ducked a lot and missed the punches. Seriously vicious set of hooligans. Hope we don’t get into Europa League
