Season ticket renewal query

Post by Sidney1st » Sat Mar 17, 2018 5:25 pm

I know some on here have said the club do it automatically, and so did the club on an email, but they keep emailing me reminding me it's nearly the end of the early bird period..

There is an option to renew online, which I've done and now I've got the direct debit information which I didn't have before.

Has anyone not renewed online yet but are trusting the club to do it automatically?

You don't do anything online if you are paying by direct debit - it's automatic.

I allowed my tickets to go past the automatic renewal date (if you pay by direct debit they do renew automatically). I then asked if I could convert one to a senior citizen ticket for my friend. I had two helpful conversations by telephone with the ticket office - all sorted out with no worries. They were very helpful. I just felt it would be good to record something positive here, so many people seem negative about the ticket office.

Ah well, next year I'll leave it for the club to sort.

Cheers.

That's what you are supposed to do, it is referred to in all the communication if you are on direct debit.

Probably easier just to send it out to everyone, knowing it will definitely be sent to those who do need to renew.

Just a little confused at getting the "don't worry the club will sort it" email followed by a " 2 weeks left, don't miss out' email.

Doesn't matter now, I'll know for next year.

Some folk want blood for 'their' special circumstances.

I've never in all my years had any problem with the ticket office.

I filed it today with the renewal reminder from Yorkshire CCC in my bin.

I’ve just got the email reminding me to renew. Problem is, I’ve not had a season ticket for 7 years!!

I can't check emails as it was set up on virgin webmail which I can't find a way to access yet...but I did get a letter through the post telling me that I don't have to do anything it is all done automatically.

If you have a child's ticket as well you will need to renew that one .. the adult ones are done automatically
