I didn't see all of the game but to say we looked more solid with Barnes on the left must be a joke. In the last 5 minutes when Watford go down the right, Barnes was 15 yards off his man showing no urgency to get close. He cocked his leg up like a dog having a **** against a lamppost just allowing the cross in.
The highlights Include him getting subbed to show Vokes coming on and they were very complimentary about him as he went off.

He gave it is all.
However, i thought he was supposed to be pacy? Everything he does denotes the opposite.

Agree with Spice. He worked hard was just a little naive sometimes. Nothing wrong with his attitude

Re: GK Nkoudou
Spice is right. He saw a lot of the ball last week but ultimately needs more experience to improve end product. Yesterday Watford were a lot better opposution and his shortcomings were exposed a lot more. We looked massively better with barnes out wide althpigh you couldnt start that formation. I was surprised he came out for the second half
Worth a permanent deal at the right price as could be one for the future but if we shelled out more than 3-5m i would be unhappy

Reminds me more of Zavon HinesWilsdenclaret wrote:He clearly has something but not sure we will have the time or inclination to help him develop, reminds me a bit of the situation with Stanislas
