If innocent people have been killed hopefully the person who did it is over 18. Hopefully the coward won't shoot himself and he can face the full might of the law. They have capital punishment still in Texas. Be interesting to see how he has got hold of a weapon and the type. There are some serious gun control issues in the US.

Nothing he can do when Congress won even allow a vote on background checks to happen. Remind me, who was in control of Congress when that came up? If you're unsure of when, it was right after Sandy Hook.

One thing he was able to do without Congress was make it harder for insane people to get guns. Of course, the new president reversed that.

The shooter has been identified as Dimitrios Pagourtzis, a 17-year-old a student. A second person, also a student, was also detained.
Nine of the dead are said to be students, along with one fatally shot teacher. What I reported about potential explosive higher in the thread in a dropped rucksack also confirmed as incendiary, and has been controlled.

SO I guess the story will be "he's foreign"
