As much as I love JBG I wouldn't fancy him as captain tomorrow
Re: Fantasy World Cup 2018 has been launched
Yes crap rule why you get to do it day to day is strange like you get as many bites of the cherry as you want! Rather it be simple I am sure we are putty in the hands to the regular’s only a bit of fun so I don’t mind, just far to complicated which writes me out of the podium haha

How do you make a transfer for the 2nd Round? I can see how you highlight the player you want to remove but can't see how to get to see the list of players to choose who to transfer in.

Should be a "make transfers" button to the top right, just above the strikers (and to the right)
You can make one free transfer.
You can make one free transfer.
Re: Fantasy World Cup 2018 has been launched
Click on the player. A player screen should pop up and then press transfer or something like that. He then should be removed and where he was in the team there should be a shirt with a + on. Press that and a list of players should pop up.Leisure wrote:How do you make a transfer for the 2nd Round? If all that makes sense
Re: Fantasy World Cup 2018 has been launched
Cheers. Tried that but after clicking on Make Transfers, then clicking on the player I want to remove all that happens is that the small red x in the top rh corner of the player disappears and is replaced by a + in the centre of the player. I then clicked on that but nothing happens. Still can't find a list of players to choose from to transfer in..Dyched wrote:Click on the player. It lags a bit sometimes. It should work.Leisure wrote:Cheers. No, still not getting a list of players. At what point in the process should the Add Player box be clicked?Dyched wrote:It lags a bit sometimes. It should work.

It's hard going this league, very competitive! I woke up today half expecting hat-trick hero Kane to launch me into 1st place. Alas, joint 5th.

I have a question. Is it possible to change captain twice in the same day? Ie captain a German player and then captain a Brazilian player if I don't get enough points from the first? Or can you only choose one per day?

You can only make changes on a daily basis I thinkIndigoLake wrote:I have a question. Is it possible to change captain twice in the same day? Ie captain a German player and then captain a Brazilian player if I don't get enough points from the first? Or can you only choose one per day?

I totally cocked this up. I was top after the second round then went out drinking after the Panama match and forgot to change my team. Down in sixth now.

I cocked it up without drinking. Just had a dreadful third round with a lot of my players not playing.

Ive given up to honest. The app is ****. Doesn’t work properly (lags, freezes) when it decides to open. When it doesn’t it freezes my phone (iphone 6) and it’s unusable for 5 or so minutes.

I'm trying to remove players who have been eliminated but I can't see how to bring up the list of players to choose from to transfer in? Any suggestions?

I assume you've clicked transfers, Leisure? If you remove your players with the red x, you can then select players from the list to the right.
I've found the app and the website really easy to use. Had a great round last round too, as I used my wildcard and transferred in players that needed to win. It worked, in the main.

Yeah, I clicked 'Make transfers' and then clicked on the 6 players who I want to remove. I've now got those 6 sitting in my team with the white cross on a red background removed but there's no list showing down the RH side? There's a box low down on the right saying 'Add player' but nothing happens when I click on that. Also, it's showing that I have 39.9m euros to spend.MDWat wrote:I assume you've clicked transfers, Leisure? Sorted this now. Couldn't do it on my tablet but managed to make the transfers on my PC.

Sorry if this has been covered but shouldn’t non playing players (eg:Trippier and Meunière) not be replaced by substitute defenders if they did play, like the fantasy Premier league.

Wouldn't have thought so because you can make changes during the round yourselfCubanclaret wrote:Sorry if this has been covered but shouldn’t non playing players (eg:Trippier and Meunière) not be replaced by substitute defenders if they did play, like the fantasy Premier league.
