Just what Tunisia deserve for the appalling timewasting negative anti football crap, imagine trying to hang on for a point in the first group stage game..

I think we do overall (based on 1st half dominance, not 2nd). Tunisia have done nothing to contribute to this game apart from timewasting.

I'll settle for that. A good first half, a bit of a hapless second half, but a win nevertheless.

Should've been over at half time after a good performance. Second half was shite. But deserved the win and it's the points that matter right now.

That was not enjoyable in the least. Several things that just didn't work...

Young down the left - created nothing from open play.
Sterling - utter bonk.
Defence - slow in passing, taking too long to get the ball forward

Rashford and Kane HAVE to start upfront together.

Agreed though a bit harsh on young - cross for the first - though I’d pick Rose.

Sterling is a complete enigma. Has to be Rashford.

Too much tippy tappy rubbish at the back.

We totally bossed the game and throughly deserved our win, although we made hard work of it in both halfs.

The game should have been won by half time and our poor finishing other than Kane, nearly cost us

Might look back on that result as a huge win. Grinding out a win like that. Started well too.

Second half we were poor and still won.

It reminds you of the Champions League group stages, when the seeded teams coast through the group, the real competition doesn't start till the KO'S,would have been daylight robbery if England hadn't won that game but we never do things the easy way,Belgium will tonk this Tunisian side though.

Perhaps give Tunisia a bit of credit, as they weren't just going to roll back and let us win.

They closed us down and chased for the ball. They certainly made it tough, with our limited technical ability (especially our back 3). And they managed to hold Portugal and only narrowly lose to Spain.

Sterling. The Most overated footballer in this country. The worst first touch I've ever seen. What's he earning at City- £300 grand a week. Vardy should have started in his place.

They play to draw 0-0, no intent on trying to win a game, I give them zero credit for that timewasting mess

Of course it was the right result - only one team tried to win it and the first 20 minutes we were really good. Our finishing apart from Kane was absolute shite.

Sterling just has not got he head for playing for England. It has happened too many times now. Rashford has to replace him.

Rose should have replaced Young after 60 min - the lack of a left foot is weird.

Lingard's lack of composure is a worry. Loftus Cheek was good. Tarks is way bettr than McGuire, who looked slow and will be a risk against better teams.

Finally, Trips was outstanding and made me so proud.
