He's not signing an order to end this family seperation, he's signing an order that will allow him to point to the courts and say "look, they did it". What he's doing is signing an order that will "end" family separation by indefinitely detaining families together. The problem with that is it's illegal to detain these children for more than 20 days. So inevitably the courts will block it, because it's illegal, and he'll claim that he has no choice but to separate families because the courts blocked him detaining them together.

My take on people who say "virtue signalling" has always been its used by people who only ever do things after calculating what is in it for them, rather than just doing it because its the right thing to do.

I think you have confused the people who use it, with the people it's aimed at there Lancaster.
You can usually tell if it's acurate by how angry someone gets by the term

It's just ironic though, isn't it? If these were white kids being abused by brown people he'd be wanting the likes of Robinson reporting illegally on their trials and demanding they get justice. Absolutely disgusting! I`ve just listened to the account of a US child psychologist who had access to the children and listening to her brought tears to my eyes. The legality of their parents entry into the US is an irrelevance...these are innocent children above any other factor. The person or people who devised this idea is evil, without a crumb of humanity. The thought that the creators of this sick system have children is incomprehensible.

My point is that when those on here who are not "of the right" do it, we tend to change it and our regular opponents just keep parroting out already discredited fake news.

Even Leave.EU did it today with a pic showing thousands at a pro-Brexit demonstration today. In hats and coats, with no leaves on the trees.

They know none of their support base cares if fake, they just want to read what they want to.
