Re: Laba360 are new shirt sponsors
I've just changed the thread title, was a bit vague initially.
Re: Laba360
What even is that? it looks hideous. When does the contract with Puma end? hopefully we can bin them off and get Nike on board as soon as possible.

Good for the club's coffers but i hope that we will soon see betting companies banned from sports sponsorship like tobacco firms

Sponsor looks massive. Don’t have any other complaints so far having not seen the rest of it.

Re: Laba360 are new shirt sponsors
I've decided that if I am going to buy a home shirt for the new season then I'm going to lose some weight so I can fit into a large kids size with no sponsor on.

Re: Laba360 are new shirt sponsors
A record breaking shirt deal according to the club, I wonder how much we actually get from it, I'd guess peanuts compared to the money from staying in the league. I'd rather the club considered promoting local based companies for less cash over some big stupid betting company plastered everywhere. I enjoy betting and used to work promoting quite a lot of them and I have never heard of Laba360. I don't mind the Dafabet one because it wasn't enormous on the shirt, this Laba360 is grim.JohnDearyMe wrote:Good for the club's coffers but i hope that we will soon see betting companies banned from sports sponsorship like tobacco firms

Shirts cost £70+ with Nike, I'd rather we didn't. Just get a designer that will make a traditional Burnley stripKRBFC wrote:What even is that? it looks hideous. When does the contract with Puma end? hopefully we can bin them off and get Nike on board as soon as possible.

Some like traditional plain shirts..some like modern busy shirts..i prefer the latter. I like the Nigeria one. Anyone remember the Switzerland one with the cross on it? I thought that was fab. Denmark have had some smart kits too. I like shirts to be different..stand out.

Re: Laba360 are new shirt sponsors
Looks awful!
I hope the money is big money in comparison to previous deals and that they have paid up front.
Seems strange, to say the least, that we have almost a start up company on our shirts as a premier league club.

Re: Laba360 are new shirt sponsors
I really want a smaller company to make our shirts, something more bespoke that the standard templates we always get.
Hummel would be my choice. The betting company logo is horrible. It's f***ing massive too.

yet another gambling sponsor............
Re: Laba360 are new shirt sponsors
That Nigeria one screams trying too hard to me. Our 91-92 shirt is one of my favourites. I'll reserve judgement until I've seen the whole kit but the sponsor logo looks huge on that!

The hope is the logo is so large for marketing purposes - given it is a sponsor announcement news releasejlup1980 wrote:I'll reserve judgement until I've seen the whole kit but the sponsor logo looks huge on that!

I don't like that, the 360 is bloody awful.
I hope the kit is better, but looks like a round neck which I don't like either.
Not promising.
