New car park in Burnley town centre

Whilst walking down Centenary Way this morning I noticed that an area of land behind National Tyres and Autocare on Parker Lane (next to the Police Station) has been converted into a car park.

I don't know if it's a Council-owned or private-owned car park, as the signs for it are on Parker Lane, but either way it's another option for people wanting a quick getawy (if possible) after games.
