Re: Aberdeen home, is ANYBODY going
I imagine about 15k will end up going unless the first leg is a walkover .Its bang in holiday season and ultimately a pretty unattractive game .Im amazed this is on tv ,must have picked it up for chump change .Why anyone but a claret or don would tune into a 2nd round pre qualifier is anyone’s guess

Quite right too. People who bother to make the effort now should be rewarded not just people who used to years ago.Quickenthetempo wrote:Rumours of the home leg counting for priority in any further Europa tickets.
Same with the early away games at Southampton etc.. for the Premier league.
Things are changing in the ticket office.

To reach the points total required you have to have been travelling to away games season in season out. I have and am luckily one of the 8000 point club. I was 20 points off when the Aberdeen away tickets went on sale but i got one on the second day.
I understand peoples dismay at not going to Aberdeen away due to not having the points but to get to 8000 you have to travel away on quite a frequent basis to get there.

Me and my lad are travelling up from Mid-Wales, anyone wanting a lift en-route give us a shout.
Re: Aberdeen home, is ANYBODY going
If you look at availability of tickets most are still in the jimmy Mac , obviously as that’s the family stand and the match falls between schools breaking up and the new season starting so that’s when most families will be away and most people booked their holidays way before we thought we had a chance of being in Europe. I think the turn out will be ok but way off a sell out especially now it’s on telly

I went down to the ticket office yesterday with Clarets numbers for everyone in our group, 6 in total and as they printed the tickets as my 4 year old who is coming doesn't have a ST yet only i got credited with purcahse history for the game. Would they need to keep their tickets??

Re: Aberdeen home, is ANYBODY going
It would be interesting to see the take up of tickets if they offered 1000 bonus points for the game

Haha. No, not going well is fine. I was referring to voluntarily not going 100%. After spending way over £500 on this tie I justifiably expect us to take it as seriously as the Prem.Foulthrow wrote:So for all he has achieved here you'd want him gone if one game doesn't go well? Sounds like you'd be well suited to supporting Leeds. Actually, no, running Leeds.

Maybe he’s not aware of your spend, let him know quick. He might change his plans.

Re: Aberdeen home, is ANYBODY going
I just tried to buy tickets for me and my 2 sons online I can’t do it as there is a 2 ticket limit. I understand why and i’m sure when I call tomorrow the ticket Office will solve but if not i’m Left in a position of either not going or choosing which son to take nightmare.

It’ll be fine. I was in the same predicament but the phone line allowed me to buy all 3.JarrowClaret wrote:I just tried to buy tickets for me and my 2 sons online I can’t do it as there is a 2 ticket limit.
