What colour for Aberdeen?

Anyone know what colours we will be playing in at Aberdeen.
Wondered if it might be last seasons white away kit?

If they turn up in last seasons kit they'd be as well getting back on the bus a heading back down the road. That would be UNTHINKABLE a professional football team would turn up in that state.

I know I can be grumpy at times but I agree, how long have we known we would be playing in the Europa League on the 26th July, it doesn't take a Masters Degree in Sports Kit Science and Design to realise the biggest European game for decades was coming. If we are not in our new kit I think it will be a disgrace and public flogging maybe the only answer when the culprits are identified.

If the new away kit is black we'll go out of Europe at the first hurdle and also het relegated. I would ask you to look at previous seasons where even a touch of black on our away strip has been nothing but unlucky. Who on earth came up with this idea?

You have to wonder given they were a disaster last time in terms of sales. Mind you, they did have silver trim then. Nothing has been confirmed but I was told some time ago that the away kit was black.

Last seasons away kit with no sponsor on. That or the light blue no sponsor one.

Arsenal away last season - we wore the previous seasons all blue away kit.

We did win one match when that kit was used though!

I think it was Southend who came to the Turf and for one reason or another ended up borrowing the kit from us to play the match in!

Think we put 5 past them although I could be wrong - i was only 7 at the time.

We played at Selhurst Park the season before last with the yellow away kit from the Championship season, complete with the then current season’s Sponsor on it. I’m sure we could do the same with last season’s Away Kit and this season’s Sponsor’s Logo.

Remember watching us at Rotherham in a night match when they wore that.
Forgot my glasses. Couldn't pick out a Burnley player more than 20 yards from me.

A Burnley away kit should be yellow or white imo. Black is not our colour neither is silver or green. Might as well go for pink, red or anything else.

We won in it at York City in the FA cup - I remember Mark monington got sent off for time wasting taking a throw in - think we won 3-2

We wore last seasons shorts & socks last night so I can’t see why we wouldn’t wear last seasons gorgeous white away strip. Some cheap sticker on the front with lalaland 360 on it.

I really liked the centenary striped kit we wore once, bit like Argentina, which we would wear it for the away strip, but that's just my opinion.

The away strip will be announced on Thursday and the team will wear it on the night. I have no idea on the colour but if it’s black I think that will turn people off?

Anyway, it will be another week or two before fans can buy it.

I don't think last seasons away kit is an option based on the fact that the sponsor wasn't ironed on and was printed into the fabric like the 'clarets' stripes.

So unless they have had them reprinted with the new sponsor I don't think they will be used.

Has the home kit been completely ruled out, could that possibly be being worn instead?

It's an absolute joke that this is even being discussed. They should have been on sale at the start of july at very latest. It gets later and later every year. Next year if it gets any later they will end up skipping a season. Embarrassing.

Skipping a season would suit lots of people. I don't see why they have to change every strip every season other than the cash cow that replica shirts represent.

The original statement was for a single strip to be changed each season so there would be a 3 year life for each kit. Can't remember when it started to be all change each year.

If the new away kit is black then I will certainly not be buying it

Who cares?!

Couldn’t care less if we turn up in pink and yellow stripes on Thursday, the silver kit from 2014 or the black and green halves of 95 so long as we come out with a positive result.

Some of you continuously get embarrassed at the most insigifent of things.

Can’t get my head round moaning at the club for not putting on sale a £50 t-shirt.

I have seen the new away shirt tonight it’s bloody awful. Black with thick silver trim down both sleeves and the sponsors logo is a multi coloured monstrosity.

That sounds horrific.... I think I, 'm going to start designing kits, I used to do all the time as a kid and they were awesome. Who doesn' t like a lightning bolt mid sleeve??
