Fairs cup before my time, tackling is allowed in Belgium, holland, France etc etc. I've seen him ref a few times and like you said in the article he is very fussy

Burnley make one of the fewest number of tackles in the Premier League. I am happier with an Italian Ref than (for example) a Slovakian one. At least he will be used to big teams.
