Season cards

Post by Leisure » Fri Aug 03, 2018 12:41 pm

From the club website -

During the Europa League match between Burnley and Aberdeen on Thursday evening there were numerous occasions of supporters bringing and using the wrong seasoncard.
Bringing the wrong seasoncard adds to the risk of queues at the ticket office, and slows down the ticket operation on matchdays.
Seasoncards are the responsibility of the supporter and we respectfull advise that the correct ones must be used.

Terms and Conditions of a Season Ticket purchase state:

5.2 In the event that you forget your Season Ticket in respect of any individual Match, the Club shall not be obliged to admit you or issue any other form of ticket for that Match. If a match-day duplicate ticket is issued, the Club may require payment of a non-refundable administration charge

The club resolved any issues with supporters forgetting their seasoncard or bringing the wrong one to ensure supporters could enter the stadium and watch the game against Aberdeen, however we implore all supporters to check they have the correct seasoncard before coming to Turf Moor.

The 'blue' seasoncard from the 2017/2018 season will again be used for the 2018/2019 campaign, so please ensure this is the one you bring to Turf Moor for home matches.

The old 'claret' seasoncards from the 2016/2017 season are now obsolete and should be destroyed as they will not grant you access to Turf Moor

If you have one of the below clarets seasoncards please destroy it or throw it away...it will not grant access to Turf Moor...

I haven't received a new one but my lad has. Has the club issued new cards for everyone this season?

You’d get a new card if you changed seats or age category
