a mark hughes team will play hard to beat but they don't have great firepower.

I think 0-0.

I can’t see us keeping two of our ex-Strikers quite all afternoon. 1:0 to the Saints.

Either 1-0 or 0-0

A typical Burnley backs to the wall, keep your shape type of performance.

No idea, but I’ll take a draw now. The next few weeks might prove a struggle.

I don't think Thursday will affect us
They struggle up top, Austin and Ings are both great players, but they wouldn't work as a partnership. We still have a very good defence, hard to break down.
Vokes likes scoring against saints, he could well score again tomorrow.
I'd take a 0 0, but I hope we can Nick it 0 1.

Does anybody even know the likely team? Wood? Brady? Lennon? That team on Thursday wouldn't score if we were still playing right now. We never do well at Southampton, light on numbers.

3-0 Southampton.

I'm not sure how being factually correct shows an embarrassing lack of knowledge.

Your own stats in the quoted post show that we have done well there twice in seventeen attempts so maybe if you had said we rarely do well there rather than never do well there then you could have been justified in jumping down someones throat for laughing at that.

1-0 to Southampton is my prediction btw.

Look at all Bordeaux's posts on here, they're all about me. He follows me around the place, can't help himself. If you take ''we never do well there'' as quite literally then you're being picky for an argument because I quite clearly didn't mean ''we have never done well there'' because we won 1-0 last year at St Mary's.

Play JBG on the right wing
Don't play Hendrick at number 10
Bring Wood on at half time as an impact sub

...and we might just scrape a win

We rarely score 3 away at this level. WHU last season and Hull and Man City under Coyle and that is from 76 away games in total. I cannot recall another away game where we bagged 3 goals.

Team is out. Wood on his own. Hendrick number 10 role

Can see us conceding lots of posession with Wood not being the best at holding the ball up..him being a lonely and isolated figure up top. We will go behind after valiant defending and then SD will throw Vokes and Barnes on and we will get a 1-1 draw.

Easy these predictions. :)

4-0 to the mighty Clarets. Goals coming courtesy of Wood X3 and very strangely Hart.

That's funny, in the above post of mine before you responded I said

'' I quite clearly didn't mean ''we have never done well there'' because we won 1-0 last year at St Mary's.''

You're so childish, I'll leave you to it.

I'm not being picky for an argument at all, I have no interest in arguing with you about anything, others however seem to have that as their modus operandi; but enough about that.

The main reason for posting was to point out that they were right to put a smiley for that comment as it was an incorrect statement and I thought your response was a little bit over the top. All water under the bridge anyway and thankfully my prediction was wrong.
