Re: Mighty Clarets versus Wotfor?
Time for plan B: Hitting it long for one of Vokes or Barnes. If that plan fails we move onto C: hitting it long for both of them.

Re: Mighty Clarets versus Wotfor?
this is where I'd like to see an early reaction from Dyche and bring Vokes or Ashley (or both) on and give them something different to think about

I don’t fancy us to score 2 in 90 mins, never mind 30 odd!
Re: Mighty Clarets versus Wotfor?
It's okay, SD will bring on some of the exciting attacking talent that he bought in the summer .....

Nobody is ever in the box when we have it on the wing
Re: Mighty Clarets versus Wotfor?
Well - “Dyche fit”. Which for whatever reason means they can’t even get on the bench. I say “they”, I mean Vydra. Since he’s the only one left.BOYSIE31 wrote:oh dear - get new signings on - wait not got any that are fit

Re: Mighty Clarets versus Wotfor?
After a really positive first half, to come out so sloppy in the second is annoying. We really had the beating of them.

Re: Mighty Clarets versus Wotfor?
aimless second half and the manager has done nothing to change it. I can't find a single reason for not swapping the front two at this point
Re: Mighty Clarets versus Wotfor?
Wood looks like a confidence player. He's also had a disrupted start to the season. He will come good again but it's odd that he keeps getting picked when Vokes has looked in much better form in pre-season!

Re: Mighty Clarets versus Wotfor?
Lennon has offered very little
Re: Mighty Clarets versus Wotfor?
He’s not being asked to play a conventional centre forward role, he’s being asked to play a ‘recycling centre forward’ role, just like Hendrick gets asked to play when he sits behind the strikers.Nonayforever wrote:How bad does wood have to be before SD makes a sub

we need 2 goals and Ben Foster hasn't touched the ball in the second half other than 1 goal kick.
