Ticket office not answering the phone
Ticket office not answering the phone
Anyone else have this? It happens a lot I find, just rings through to voicemail. (The 01282 number.)
It may be that I'm phoning them at busy times but that's because that's when I need to speak to them. Some kind of queuing system would be more sensible.

Re: Ticket office not answering the phone

Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
I've never understood why busy lines don't simply have the "You are at position number x in the queue" - it gives us an idea of how long we're going to be waiting.
Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
I trad all last week - rang literally dozens of times and couldn't get through. For a Premiership Club this is really not good enough. Come on BFC get it sorted
Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
What number are people ringing?
Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
The one on the website.
You get through to a recorded message, press 2 to be put through to the ticket office, it rings for a while and then goes to voicemail.

Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
If you are wanting Olympiakos tickets, try 0844 807 1882
Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
I've also found 2 other numbers for the Ticket Office on the cluyb's website - 01282446800 and 08712211914 option 1.
Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
The first is the number I normally call. The second appears to be some premium rate number.Leisure wrote:I've also found 2 other numbers for the Ticket Office on the cluyb's website - 01282446800 and 08712211914 option 1.
I was curious how widespread an issue it was before contacting the club. Looks like it is an issue for others.

I've contacted the club to ask for some clarity on which number(s) to use.aggi wrote:The first is the number I normally call. The second appears to be some premium rate number.

Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
Ticket zone can't deal with disabled tickets unfortunately. I hav3 emailed the ticket office manager link on the web site twice again no reply. I can't order disabled tickets online so I will take a half day holiday from work and try and get there in person, I also pressed option 0 for reception to as het to check the phone lines are ok and the reply was just keep trying.
Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
I can't seem to buy a season ticket online either. Such a farce.

Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
I rang the ticket office Saturday, Sunday and Monday and the phone was never answered. As requested on the answering service left a message but nobody got back. I then spoke to the main reception today who put me through and they were then very helpful.

Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
Always worth noting you can not pay cash for Olympiakos away tickets, even at the ticket office.
Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
Pretty sure it's the 01282 one. That's the one from the website. The other appears to be very old.Leisure wrote:I've contacted the club to ask for some clarity on which number(s) to use.
Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
I've just logged into online talent sports or whatever it is called. Remove 1 ticket from my basket and clicked checkout. Input card details and clicked process. Within 2 minutes I have booked 4 seats onto my F&F season cards. Really happy with it.
Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
Just received this clarification from the club -
Here are the numbers explained…
0844 807 1882 – Ticket purchases. This is our ticket hotline, and allows supporters to purchase tickets to home games. This is the only number that should be used to purchase tickets.
01282 446800 – General Enquiries. Option 2 will allow disabled supporters to purchase tickets, and will be available for supporters with any issues or questions regarding tickets. Option 3 is for direct debit enquiries. Supporters, other than disabled supporters, should not use this to purchase tickets.
08712211914 – NO LONGER IN USE. This number was discontinued around 18 months ago, as it is a premium rate number.
Worth noting – No away tickets are sold over the phone. They are online or in person only unless you are a disabled supporter.

Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
Hi Leisure. Thanks for trying mate but that's the number I have been calling all day. Try it yourself you will see what I mean
Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
Yep, the issue isn't the numbers (they're all on the website), or straightforward buying of tickets, it's the fact that pretty often no-one answers the ticket enquiries number. To add to the post above, I tried three times this morning so it looks like it hasn't been answered all day.
Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
AL - I've forwarded a copy of this onto the Suppporters Liason Officer at the club.

I went down in person to get one on thursday and was told that the window had closed therefore i couldn't get one.
Re: Ticket office not answering the phone
Great support from Leisure but it really shouldn’t need it being posted on a fans forum for any action to be taken.
It’s a simple process and one we’ve apparently been rubbish at for years.
