I guess there's always been crap referees...Clive Thomas is one that springs to mind but as Vegas Claret says the present group must be about the worst in the history of the Premier League. No representatives at the World Cup says something unless one of them turned down the chance. A Thai friend asked me recently if the PL is supposed to be the best league in the world, why are the refs so bad?
