Re: Olympiakos v Burnley
They have some decent players for sure moving forward and we look a yard of the pace in both physical running and when we receive the ball . We do not have any tempo about us even with 11.
Come on Burnley

if we can keep it like this then 90 mins at TM to win 2 - 0 and go through
if we can steal a goal then completely different game

And the answer to that if you’re an employee of Burnley FC is ‘not at all’.ElectroClaret wrote:I agree, ny. But it's our only hope imo.

I’d rather finish 17 and get to the group stage than finish 12 and not - maybe that’s just me.

We could have 10 decent wingers but if we go down to 10 men they won’t help, we’ve got enough in our squad to compete - we just need the rub of the green sometimes, and they’ve got that tonight - fine marginsKefkaClaret wrote:Already seeing how big of a mistake it was to not sign another winger.

not a great performance but frankly didn't think we would get this far in Europa. I hope tom gets the start on Sunday.... we also have Defour and Brady coming back as well.

In the circumstances, 3 - 1 is bad, but not a disaster.
We can do it back at the Turf.

Not a terrible result given the circumstances. Uphill battle though without a doubt. Just a shame we aren't (yet) at the races. Scoreline maybe a little harsh, played well in first half.
Re: Olympiakos v Burnley
Lot will depend on which team SD picks next Thursday, might just give a hint as to just how far BFC want to go in this campaign

I'm not moaning just stating a fact but we are still in it and need to play well to beat this side over 2 legs.
