Taylor coming on, amazed we aren't dropping Hendrick into midfield and bringing Barnes on

Sod’s law, that’s what happens when you don’t make a great effort to retain Arfield, lose N’Koudou and sign no wingers.

No pressure Brady...

If we'd signed a winger on top of signing Hart, Gibson and Vydra then it would have been a good window for me. As it was, it was satisfactory.

Why? because I question the rubbish we are continually being fed regards transfers. When will people see we are being used by MG....he spends bare minimum every window....yet if a bid comes in for one of our players we sell every time.

said it since the first games that JBG isn't fit. Think this is an ongoing issue but due to our terrible window he is being forced to play

That's fair enough, it's when words like amateurish get used that I think it goes too far.

The sending of those emails regarding availability of players a few years ago is the most amateurish we've been since the 1980s.

because no transfer window ever had a bearing on how a team lines up and performs.......

Match update for you though - Fulham passing it way better than we are, we are trying to hit them on the break, 72% v 28% possession stats, looks to be raining

Getting very much a 16/17 season away game feel here. As in, getting passed to death and then launching it.

do we spend any time on the training ground practicing throw ins. Every time we look devoid of ideas and look happy to give the other team the ball back as soon as possible

Fosu-Mensah has got passed Charlie Taylor twice already without so much of a hint of a challenge from our boy - he needs to seriously improve if he wants to play in the PL, I know he hasn't played much but that is basic stuff for the way we play.

We have a similar problem to the Watford second half at the moment, Hendrick and Wood are so far apart they are both isolated

Fulham slicing through us easy but lack a killer punch thankfully. We don't seem to have much other than hoofing it. Taylor few crap passes and easily dispossessed . Wards shirt ? No way

We really miss Defour and Brady. They were key to our success in the first half of last season. Once they got injured our form dropped off significantly.

Barnes is best option with this formation when we don't have any possession. the amount of fouls he draws is unreal and always relieves the pressure and stops the other team building up any tempo
