Favourite brand of tea?
I've tried several, but never liked any, other than Yorkshire Tea.
For those of you who drink tea, which is your fave?

Cofftea
Re: Favourite brand of tea?
Yorkshire Gold, just that bit smoother than normal Yorkshire tea.
Re: Favourite brand of tea?
Obviously Yorkshire. There Is No Alternative.
I think they grow it somewhere near Hull, don't they?

Re: Favourite brand of tea?
It,s grown in the fields around Harrogate , its the best tea in the World !
Re: Favourite brand of tea?
I had a cup of Assam tea from a small manufacturer in a cafe. I can't remember the name of the producer, it wasn't Twinings and it wasn't Pukka Teas, but it was awesome. Really sweet and I can describe it as having body i.e. some form of oomph to it. Best cup of tea I've had in years.

I've tried Tetley's and PG, it just didn't have the same kick that Yorkshire tea does. It tasted weak, regardless.
Re: Favourite brand of tea?
Asda own brand.
Re: Favourite brand of tea?
I like Yorkshire tea purchased in Lancashire.

Re: Favourite brand of tea?
I thought everybody was aware of the Yorkshire Tea conspiracy. They add strange things to their blend.
One moment you are happy drinking Lancashire Tea and supporting Burnley and the next you are sipping Yorkshire Tea and being assailed by an ever growing notion that supporting Leeds would be a good idea.
It's how they intend to fill their stadium to the brim.
Lancashire Tea tops Yorkshire Tea, its official.
Aldi’s Diplomat Earl Grey is very good.

Re: Favourite brand of tea?
Yorkshire Tea is without peers! I get it shipped out here and couldn`t do without it. Twining`s (leaves) is a good 2nd option and is possibly a little more of a summer tea. My dad sent me some Lancashire tea the other winter and it certainly put more hairs on my chest. I`ve converted MANY a Japanese person to the glories of Yarkshire. It is only when I go home though and have it with hard water, that I experience its true majesty!!!!!!

Re: Favourite brand of tea?
As a former tea buyer for a supermarket I’m going to claim some expertise here - and a lot of its to do with where you drink your tea as the water’s crucial.
In Burnley, Yorkshire or any of the Irish teas Mentioned ( Barry’s, Thompson’s etc ) would be what I’d drink. Thompson’s my absolute favourite
In the south, PG is good. Rank in most of the north.
Lancashire Tea. Floor sweepings.
But of course it’s what you like so nobody’s wrong when it comes to taste.
