Where are we now?
Lots of positivity after tonight but where do people think we are after nine games? My outlook is bleak. Too few goals, too few shots on target, too many yellow cards. A lot to sort out

Re: Where are we now?
tonight was the turning point, not seen a performance like that since Leicester in April
Re: Where are we now?
Much as I'm disappointed at going out tonight, as I see it our season starts now.
If we were more established, if we had a bigger squad and many more ifs, it matters much less now, Concentrate on the domestic front.
There's always next year to win something in europe

Re: Where are we now?
I'm usually quite despondent after a defeat. However I can't say that after last nights result. Europe's certainly been an experience but I think it's come too early in our development. Whether it's had a bearing on our league form only time will tell but IMO it's been a factor. I wouldn't be surprised if it's not been a factor in our summer recruitment. Didn't help being in Istanbul the night the window closed.

Where are we now?
Getting ready for our charge for a European spot, that's where we are

We're back to the bread and butter now. It was fun whilst it lasted but the Europa showed two things; we're a victim of our own success (we simply weren't ready for a European adventure) and also a victim of circumstance (injuries and suspension). We gave it a good go and just came up short.

5 more wins and we're there, starting with Burton Albion away next month.
Re: Where are we now?
Europe has been a brilliant experience and one I thought I would never experience watching Burnley. It is over now but will long live in my many memories of watching Burnley and hopefully we can continue to grow as a club and a team and experience Europe again in the very near future. UTC

Re: Where are we now?
Results haven’t been the best but it’s early days.
I thought we played well in the first halves at Southampton and Watford and certainly played well last night.
So it’s not like we are completely out of form.
Confident we’ll start to see the results soon enough, possibly not Sunday but I think we’ll be ok.

Re: Where are we now?
Just seen the home games but we did enough in the first half against Watford to have buried them by half time and coasted to 3 points. Same last night. We seem to have 3 problems 1)we seem too keen to walk the bloody ball into the net 2) we miss too many chances 3) we are too reluctant to shoot exemplified by Lennon in the second half when he tried a pass from inside the box rather than have a shot
