I mean, their weight is more than ours and their managerial policy is clearly working.

Good for them, they were close to us last year and I imagine they will break top 7 on form.

The biggest surprise is that they didn't sack the manager in the summer which means he will be gone soon enough.

They make Chelsea look quite stable.

Strong squad at Watford and whatever anyone thinks about their managerial merry-go-round, someone there clearly has some top knowledge of the European game, can’t really fault them. Also have some real talent still on the sidelines too.

Yep but it’s pretty much the same Watford side that fell away badly last year - in fact it’s the same side.

Does not necessarily mean they will implode this year but recent history suggests they will go on a bad run, sack their manager, drop Deeney, Deeney gets fatter and complains, they finish 16th etc etc

Give it a rest ffs.

Attacking starts by pressing which they are excellent at and we were last year.

This years issue is that the defence is not getting close enough and the changes in defence means the left hand is not in tune with the right

Loved the atmosphere in their stadium yesterday. Beating Spurs was massive for them. They're definitely on a roll. Who knows?

I said that after they beat us. I was really impressed with their pace and power and ability to get forward in numbers

Their owners have about 4 clubs in various league's don't they?
That's where their knowledge of the European game comes from and also why they go through so many managers.

They certainly won't stand off Manure like we did yesterday, impressive to come from behind to beat Spurs, shows great character.

Shows what i know, they were one of my 3 for the drop.
