Other supporters having a moan about the way they sell tickets
Other supporters having a moan about the way they sell tickets
Seems Man City supporters having a bit of a moan. So it's not just us. Perhaps it's the case that every club has issues and there is no perfect solution.

In this day and age is pathetic tbh.
Somebody get their thinking cap on and come up with a simple webstore/app to buy/exchange tickets. Rolled out to all clubs.

There is one isn’t there? Although BFC aren’t subscribed to it. My Hudds Town season ticket holding mate says they have a ticket exchange platform that isn’t operated by HTFC.Dyched wrote:In this day and age is pathetic tbh.

Re: Other supporters having a moan about the way they sell tickets
Other sports have ticket exchange sites with no issues or threats of legal action etc, over in the US.
Just football here that seems to be either slow or very backwards when it comes to our ticketing or online systems.

You've hit the nail on the head there!Spijed wrote: Perhaps it's the case that every club has issues and there is no perfect solution.

I must admit that buying away tickets online using the BFC site is quite easy, although it's always a lottery as to where you end up sitting as you can never chose your seats.

That’s down to the home team dictating the order of how the tickets are to be sold.Spijed wrote:I must admit that buying away tickets online using the BFC site is quite easy, although it's always a lottery as to where you end up sitting as you can never chose your seats.
Its always a lottery of buying early and getting seat A1 in the corner or biding time and risk missing out

I wasn't aware of that.Rileybobs wrote:There is one isn’t there? Although BFC aren’t subscribed to it. My Hudds Town season ticket holding mate says they have a ticket exchange platform that isn’t operated by HTFC.
There's a similar thing (twickets) which gives fans the opportunity to get gig tickets for face value or lower. Fan to fan resell.
There should be one available to Burnley fans. Set up reminders of when tickets go on sale for each loyalty point criteria. Seats easily selectable. Fan to fan resale/exchange. Maybe even e-tickets. Once scanned in the ground the food/drinks menu available to pre order to limit the queuing etc.
