It amuses me that you call the EU a "gravy train" yet hero worship a man who refuses to get off of it. The hypocrisy should be astounding but it's just the standard now with you lot.

We do a deal with them, and we'll have to accept lower food standards.

Trade deals are out. No more Dana and 'All kinds of Everything.' Anyway, Farage is still one of the men of 2016 for sticking up for England when many others had lost their nerve to the bark of the luvvi huskies.

That's unknowingly importing food, whereas importing food from places such as the USA we'd have to accept their standards which apparently are not as stringent as ours.Bin Ont Turf wrote:All the food is great! The utopia that is the EU

Suck it up buttercup and stop whining; go veggie or vegan if you don't like meat from the US. By the way, EU chicken will still be coming in, we will still breed our own and the Venkies will be clapping their hands. Get over it, we are leaving.Imploding Turtle wrote:Yay! Wow - “we could buy food from Africa”
What a novel idea - buy food from a continent that cannot feed itself.
Let’s cut out the middle man and keep the grain we were going to send them as part as the development aid.
After Brexit I reckon we will see Africa hosting a big charity musical event in aid of the people of England.

If you don't, can you name a law/standard/area where we currently in the UK have lower standards than the rest of Europe?

Re: ignorance of Nigel Farage exposed
I sense most Brexiteers are for retaining high employment and product standards, just as I think most Remainers have little love for the EU but think it is for the best economically. Both sides have a spectrum of people voting for different reasons.
We thus have to ensure the “London Singa-teers” do not dictate our future, it should be people keen on reinvigorating the north, our coastland and farmland. But with flexibility in exceptional circumstances to address countries attacking us to steal our business, like the opportunistic French are currently.
So Farage can’t dictate things, nor can Javid or Hannan.

Africa can feed itself several times over.
In fact if it adopted modern agricultural methods, dropped its Marxist economic policies and opened up to more trade then Africa could feed the whole planet several times over.

An uncomfortable truth for the socialist dullards to deal with. Inferring that left-leaning ethnic majorities can't look after themselves will cause some of their heads to explode. The more the merrier I say.Rowls wrote:Almost everything you've stated here is factually incorrect.

Its not a shock that there is ample evidence of him being an ignorant tool, he's never off the radio or the TV.
Big plus point in his favour though, he's not happy about Tommy Robinson potentially joining UKIP.
