Vydra and Vokes being given nothing from the midfield, Gudmundsson and Lennon offering absolutely nothing, Lowton and Taylor terrible in possession, Mee launching the ball anywhere etc.

Standard Burnley - the Bournemouth anomaly aside, normal Wolves, Fulham, Watford, Burton service resumed. Absolute shite.

The thing is, this sort of football is acceptable when it works and get points. But when we're losing more games than we're winning, conceding more than we're scoring, it's easy for patience to wear thin. Mine is and I'm not someone who has jumped on the bandwagon in recent years. First manager in charge when I started watching Burnley was Adrian Heath. Christ. Yes, we've come a long way but this is dull to watch.

Are we able to play attacking football?
on this evidence we aren't capable of playing any football

We are losing every single header but still continue to punt it forward, Dyche ball really is boring

I watch 3-5 games of PL football every weekend and this is by far the worst I've seen in years. It is that bad.

No it isn't. He's not Premier League match fit. It's sensible not to start Defour. Regardless of how bad we are. He'll gradually gain by playing 25-30 minutes. If he started today he'd be off at half time - then we'd have fans crying that he's been taken off.

Vokes getting bullied, I'd swap him for Ash just to try and win a few free kicks and relieve some pressure

Don’t have a problem with defensive football or what you might call negative tactics. Style doesn’t matter.

What I do have a problem with is the complete inability to pass the ball, win second balls or create chances.

Do we never learn? Launching it long and it just repeatedly comes sttaight back and we are under pressure again. We know we can play football so this hoof it type stuff is extremely frustrating.

If we lose this after playing this way it’ll be a watershed moment today - it’s appallingly poor. Cotterill-Esque.

I'm playing with my phone now rather than paying much attention to this gash.

Two poor teams.

Bournemouth an anamoly. We are going to be relegated, Cardiff too.

Corner for them everyone back in box, we win the header then just punt the ball up to no one, it really is poor

Any chance this match could be abandoned due to fog like the 92 Debry cup game?

How often do we get throw-ins in the oppo half and it ends up back with our keeper. Dreadful.

We are continously told by happy clappers that we cant play the ball on the ground and pass it around because we havent got the players. Our players man for man are far better than Cardiffs yet we are being outpassed.

This is why people are starting to question SD and his tactics.
