Will I take the win? Yes.

Am I happy with what I've seen today? Not at all. We barely deserved a point today, never mind three. An abysmal performance with the good fortune that we took the two chances that we created.

My main concern is that this win will only paper over the cracks. Cardiff are going down, no question. They may go down with less than 20 points. With the exception of the Bournemouth game, we've not been performing and I'm concerned about the games going forward. We're the shadow of the team we were last season.

Nevertheless, a win is a win. I can only hope two league wins on the bounce will help us build some momentum.

As bad as we were, Cardiff fans must have already accepted relegation after that.

They’re gone - can they beat Derbys total?

How have we won that. Absolutely horrific performance. Cardiff fans should be very very worried.

I’m in awe at how we won after that absolute sh*tshow. But in such a poor game, we won and Cardiff lost - that may say a lot about the fate of both sides this year.

Good win regardless of the performance.

Yep. Big big improvements still needed - after Huddersfield next week the games get tough (seriously tough).

How in gods name did we win that? I have never in my time supporting us seen us win a game so one-sided against us. You can see why Cardiff will struggle though.

:o Now played all three promoted sides away from home - conceded 74 shots.

The stat of the decade.

Never mind, however undeserved, this time, 3 points.

Great 3 points, but I almost feel embarrassed.
We can't rely on that sort of luck every game. It wouldn't be so bad against a top club, but Cardiff were poor and still looked better than us.
The player ratings should be interesting.

Dont know how we won that but I'll take it. Defour and Brady back in ASAP to get some ball retention and flair.

If Cardiff can't even manage a draw against us they're surely down. We were rank bad, but somehow came away with the 3 points.

Christ what a waste of a couple of hours

huge win even if undeserved. Only Hart and JBG come out with any serious credit (thought Long did well considering he didn't start)

Fantastic result from a shocking match.
They will never survive if all they have to offer is long throws.
We were back to last season. Every man gave his all and battled for each other.
The performances will improve as the confidence returns.

Or we are slowly getting over the early season disruption and injuries . Every win will improve confidence I'm used to us holding ond nicking a win. It's how we play . The low block is a tough tactic and we play it well. It looks like we are being outplayed but we are not really .

Todays performance was no improvement on the Wolves debicle. We don't seem capable of stringing more than a couple of passes together, the lads aren't closing down like they did last season.
We are in for some right drubbings due to the fact we can't keep possession

1st Away win, 2 on the trot, 1st promoted team win for SD, first win in Wales this decade, up to 12th, 3 points behind Man U, still awaiting Defour and Brady's return, playing crap and winning, Vokes with a recently rare PL goal, JBG scored with his head lol, Joe Hart had a cracker.

It was pretty dire, but it's 3 points.

Roll on the Field of Hudders

I'm not convinced by the Europa League being such a disruption/distraction. However, I can't claim to be in-the-know with that sort of thing. I'm pleased we've managed to get the win despite performing so poorly but it doesn't fill me with confidence for the season. Our tactics were all wrong today and we were lucky Cardiff only scored 1 and that we managed to take our 2 chances.
