Looking to buy a shed around 16' x 12' , heavy duty, anywhere within around 30 miles of Burnley.
Have got own labour and transport.
Any tips/guidance would be appreciated.

What you need a shed for? Mate got one a while back and it ended his marriage. He was using it for drinking and shagging.

It was Blutes. He was shagging a cleaner in there for months after binge drinking. His missus heard moans when she was out in the garden and walked in to find Blutes pumping the cleaner doggy style.

Mu advice; buy a shed that's 16' × 12'. It's not that hard; even for a Burnley fan.

Don’t want to be a dick but surely your best bet would be to type your requirements into google, pay for the shed and get someone to deliver it. I’m not sure what a football measageboard has to offer in this department.

Have a do, I’d weatherproof it, roof felt lined, good luck in your final choice.

Re: Looking for a garden shed
If hooking up lekky in there, subwoofers full box of tricks, neighbours close by, I’d look into it or a cheaper less sociable headphones. I’m pretty knowledgeable about sheds & porches ect,I’d make my own but flat packs ect, erect within a day touch up after.Bfcboyo wrote:Maybe a bit of sound proifing if the cleaners loud?

Mate there was no headphones going to block out the moans of the cleaner...or bluto's grunts for that matter...especially when he reached the vital moment

My best shed buy was a GRP affair, over 20 years old now and not a leak, looks like new after a quick power wash and will outlast me.

Always worthwhile drilling a little peep hole in the shed so you can keep an eye on who's approaching.

Did I dream this or did we once go to PNE away and you could win a shed at half-time if you could lob a ball through the roof of said shed?

Would think you would need an escape tunnel as well if there is a potential for coitus interruptus.
