How do I add a photo?

I can't remember how to add a photo to a post. The photo is on my I-pad. I'm not very techie so easy steps please.

Add your photo, upload, copy the link they give you for messageboards. Open the UTC page and paste the link.

Just choose BBCode Fully Linked and click on ‘copy’. Paste in here and there you go.

I bet you I can tell which one is which. The male is at the front with the bigger head, and the female is in the rear with the gentler eyes.
