MOTD

Post by Bordeauxclaret » Sat Oct 20, 2018 10:45 pm

United up first.
I do wonder what Chelsea fans and players think of Alonso’s role in Uniteds first.

Who's the bloke managing Chelsea? He looks like a hospital porter.

Dunno but if he was going to have a go at Mourinho he might as well have made it worth his while and ******* snotted him.

Looked a penalty on Sane but once its not given its offside so goal for me looked wrong decision. right decision was probably a penalty so they'd probably scored anyhow

Vincent Kompany should have been sent off for that 'tackle' on Lennon.
No way does he go for the ball.
- don't think we get decisions like that though.

2nd goal - the ball looked out of play.
I don't think it was a foul by Cork.

Says it all when the panel all agree city's second shouldn't have stood and they should have been reduced to 9 men.

The critical second was a diving ,offside ,out of play goal that could and should have been stopped in any of those three phases

Maybe Moss thought we were playing Arsenal.

https://streamja.com/erkN" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Link for everyone to play, pause and rewind 'till their heart's content. Ignoring all the other b0llocks surrounding the dive or Moss putting the whistle in his mouth for a second, at the very least Silva was offside.

Just imagine if something like that went against one of the top sides.

To be honest I’m thankful these idiots are only in charge of football and not something which might be life threatening.

The knologable guys on on MOTD all agreed it should have been a red card to Kompany, no second goal and at least a yellow to Sane. They laughed it off, because what difference will it make. On with the program.

Apart from the fact the goal should not have stood, you cannot defend the Burnley players who stopped playing when the whistle had not gone, the ball should have been cleared end of story.

I think on reflection Moss (whose a shocking ref) had a decision too make about the penalty and changed in a split second so maybe actually got the decision right . So the excuse the whistle was in his mouth is a bit lame. Should he have given us a free kick for Sane diving if that’s what he felt had happened then yes because that’s what the rule book says. Problem here is only he knows and he doesn’t have to answer to the punters.

The ball out of play he’s looking from a fair distance is the Lino and looks like he’s defo made the wrong call but possiblly an hold your hand up sort of understandable error.

The real IMO monumental **** up is the offside because it’s not even a debate Silva is way off side and if you aren’t spotting that at this level you are way out of your depth.

MOTD said NOTHING about Sane's dive that started the whole 2nd goal saga and for Sane's shocking kick out at Matt Lawton, that it 'was a bit petulant'

Joke referee same *unt who gave Arsenal terrible decisions against us.
