Our customer service levels appalling. Long queue BL stand, still there when 2nd half starts.
2 hapless, hopeless girls, run off their feet trying to serve or spill the drinks.
And when you finally order bene + hot, no hot water, just a cheap plastic container with a bit of liquid.
Perhaps if our "commercial team" actually came down from the directors lounge and employed more and better trained staff we would not appear operating at non league standards.

No hot water in the in The Bob Lord toilets and only one of two hand driers working.
The flow of water in both the hot and cold taps was but a dribble. Surely this is in
breach of health and safety regs (and maybe other regs that I am not aware of)
If any of the counter staff on the snack bar went to the toilet, there is no way on earth that
they could adquately wash their hands to continue serving.
It's a very poor showing Burnley, please get it sorted.

In terms of hygiene it doesn't matter if it's hot or cold water, they'll get your hands equally clean.

BFC are advertising a Premier League Matchday Experience Survey on their social media channels.
I’m not sure what the outcome of theses surveys are, but it allows you to rate Burnley, and the Turf, for the facilities on offer.
