Re: Matchday Experience Survey
Interesting survey...
Only one question about Youth Development.
Numerous questions about the Community.
I have no issue in stating my religion or sexuality, but I must say, being asked, ‘Are you still the same gender as you were at birth’ doesn’t appear to be the most tactful way of approaching the subject of gender equality.

Re: Matchday Experience Survey
I did. Ok, maybe it’s just me that finds it an odd question to ask.
Not one question about club shop
Not one question about how much I spend inside the ground on a match day.
I’m guessing it’s a very generic survey, possibly commissioned by the Premier League.

Re: Matchday Experience Survey
I refuse to answer such surveys just in case some day I am ever on Hunted on channel 4. It might give away my chosen hiding place of the disenfranchised, gender neutral, gay friendly, straight orientated, married with kids battered husbands refuge.

Re: Matchday Experience Survey
Not had time to have a go yet but is there a question asking if we are answering from the point of view of being a home or away fan?’

Re: Matchday Experience Survey
I've done it but some very strange question asked and I told them that in the box at the end.
It could be the only quiz were I've got all the questions right.

Re: Matchday Experience Survey
It's not designed by BFC it's an overall one though for all PL clubs, this one will just be linked to us. We haven't designed the questions.

Re: Matchday Experience Survey
I basically said the match day experiance is shite. Ground needs some major tarting up, particularly in the CFS and BLS

Re: Matchday Experience Survey
It's not a BFC survey - it's Premier League. It's a box ticking exercise they probably have to do.

Re: Matchday Experience Survey
Filled it out but seems to be very much a box ticking exercise to prove some LGBT or Kick it out campaign agenda
