I hate horse racing apart from the old ITV Sport tune and chose rally cars.

Not much meeting of minds there.

Besides, anyone messing with my mind might get overload.

The brain can only process a flow of information, I've experienced sense overload on legal highs and it is absolutely terrifying.

Vote for baseball by exile. How long has he been in Canada? For me football, rugby union, and a tie between ice hockey and box lacrosse.

You’ve asked that question a number of times, the answer is………. ‘many years’. As for baseball, great sport in my book, for most of the game it can be a boring 5 day cricket test match, then all of a sudden turn into a 20/20 run frenzy . One team always wins, recent Dodgers/ Red Sox marathon as a prime example. To quote Yogi Bearra “It’s never over until it’s over”.

Ya, used to like cricket too, I spent many an hour watching Lancashire League cricket, Wes Hall, Charlie Griffiths, Lance Gibbs, Conrad Hunt et al.

We went to Edinburgh in April to watch our Grandaughter play in the Home Internationals at (under 19's England team) Lacrosse ... Had never seen it before and boy is it a quick exciting game...

Hoping she makes the Squad (she is currently 3rd choice where have we heard that before  ) for next years "Womens Lacrosse World Cup" in Peterborough Ontario, so we can combine a Holiday over there with the World Cup.... :D

I've only ever seen Lacrosse once in my life, but it really did look good tbh.

Bosscat, Peterborough is only about an hour's drive from where I live, very close in Canadian terms. Give me a shout if you make it over, and we'll have a point. I know at least one good sports bar in "The Borough". By the way, box lacrosse is totally different from the "field" version that you're probably familiar with. Full contact played in hockey arenas in the summer, with unlimited cross-checking allowed. Fighting is only a 5 minute penalty, unless you decapitate somebody in the process. Not for the faint-hearted. Something that would appeal to a lot of Irishmen, which is why all 6 of the 1/4 Irish men in my father's family probably played it. It's gained a foothold in the Czech Republic, of all places, I understand.
