Footballers with celebrity namesakes
This board is getting rather heavy on politics again,so to lighten the mood we'll have something different.
Couple of easy clarets to start us off.
Paul Weller (musician)
Steve Davis (snooker player)
There must be more that you experts can conjure up.

What about this one:
Kuntz - East German International.
Kuntz - half the people I know (forgive the poor spelling).

Re: Footballers with celebrity namesakes
Ahh the magic of Google. Bismarck played for the first 6 years of his career for Vasco da Gama in Brazil but then moved to Japan where he played for a couple of clubs over 8 years (probably means he wasn't much good). He eventually went back to Brazil to join Fluminense (where he appears to have played no games at all) then a handful of games for a couple of others before he eventually called it a day in 2003. I get the impression that this guy wasn't exactly the second Pele.Bosscat wrote:Bismarck played for Brazil breifly in the late 80's

Gary Stevens Tottenham
Must have been confusing when they both played together for England ( not to mention Trevor Steven!) especially when Bobby Robson was in charge! He once called Bryan Robson 'Bobby'....who replied 'no boss, you're Bobby - I'm Bryan' !!!!
