God we’re bad. Defour trotting back and being out of position too many times is part of the reason we’re getting overrun in CM.

Whether you want Dyche to stay or go, it’s hard to believe that just a managerial change could fix this kind of basic ineptitude.

Having the ball down the channel only for it to end up all the way back in our half, side ways, backwards, then a wallop towards the box.cricketfieldclarets wrote:In several games after 90 mins this season. Wolves and united springs to mind.
Put a ball in the box. Move it faster. We’re too slow at everything. Takes us an age to take a thrown in FGS.
Close again from Meyer.

Palace come close again. These places are NOT playing for Dyche. So much time and space there.

Re: Crystal Palarse versus MIGHTY CLARETS
We have a good passing sequence out of defence, it reaches Lennon in their half and predictably he puts it straight back into our half without even looking around. It then gets hoofed and THAT sums up what we are about.

I don't think the players are buying what Dyche is selling. I believe almost any managerial change would see an upturn in performances and results. I don't think Dyche can turn this round. And who can argue otherwise? We're seeing the same thing week in, week out.Kgun5 wrote:Whether you want Dyche to stay or go, it’s hard to believe that just a managerial change could fix this kind of basic ineptitude.

They scared of tackling Zaha in the box? That was too close, Hart had it covered luckily.

Meyer must think Christmas has come early, close him down FFS.
Re: Crystal Palarse versus MIGHTY CLARETS
If that’s true, and it’s certainly a possibility given what we’ve seen this year, then I have to say I’m extremely disappointed with our players. One season removed from your best in three generations, and you bail on the manager when things get a little tough?IndigoLake wrote:I don't think the players are buying what Dyche is selling. There is a case against Dyche, but these players don’t have the right to make it.

Re: Crystal Palarse versus MIGHTY CLARETS
I agree 100%. I feel for Dyche but unfortunately player power rules these days. We can't exactly change our whole playing personnel. However, we don't know what has gone on behind the scenes. Dyche hasn't helped himself with his tactics.Kgun5 wrote:If that’s true, and it’s certainly a possibility given what we’ve seen this year, then I have to say I’m extremely disappointed with our players. Forget the battle on the pitch there is one hell of a battle building off the pitch
The Players are NOT paying for Dyche probably orchestrated by a number of disgruntled players
Garlick will NEVER sack Dyche,
Dyche will have to walk and he won't
Who gives first however, the damage will have been done by then

Re: Crystal Palarse versus MIGHTY CLARETS
If that was the case, then Dyche has other options, including the new players, such as Vydra and Gibson etc. Yet still Dyche persists with the same players and tactics?texasbrit wrote:Forget the battle on the pitch there is one hell of a battle building off the pitch

Nah, I don;t think this is about the players playing for Dyche, I think this is more about poor tactics and confidence draining very quickly. We are also desperate for a leader out there, someone to pull these players together.

In a nutshell, no. I don't think Garlick and the Board will see too much wrong with it though because the ambition from top to bottom is survival without cost.Blackrod wrote:Predictable crap performance again. Would any other PL club put up with this ?

Presumably if you can deteriorate as quickly and as much as we have over the last year, it’s possible to turn it the other way???

Re: Crystal Palarse versus MIGHTY CLARETS
I`m off. I can`t watch this any more. Better things to do at 1am. Dyche (and the players) should hang their heads in shame. We are an absolute shambles. There is nothing resembling cohesiveness to our play. Last season we were predictable but mighty effective. The only predictability this season is the sheer boredom on show and lack of creativity.
Dyche has to go.
Dyche has to go.

Zaha and Townsend for that matter can rip anyone in football a new one when on their game. It's not down to Matt Lowton and Charlie Taylor.karatekid wrote:Zaha is ripping Matt Lowton another arse
Re: Crystal Palarse versus MIGHTY CLARETS
Tbh I'm not surprised the players are getting fed up. The likes of Defour and Lennon have played at a very high level. Listening to Dyche drone on about framework and not allowing them to play must be extremely frustrating.Kgun5 wrote:If that’s true, and it’s certainly a possibility given what we’ve seen this year, then I have to say I’m extremely disappointed with our players.
