Problem you have is Dyche has bought players to suit a particular style of play.. Same problem with big Sam and pulis.. You bring in a 'footballing' manager with these players, and you'll only go one way..

It really restricts options for replacing dyche..

I get what your saying but whatever’s happened we just aren’t at the races now. Has the team got fed up of Dyche? Something’s badly wrong.

At least we would have a glimmer of hope with someone new bringing about some renewed passion and the January transfer window to change things about.

If we are saving paying out a contract to the tune of 2.5 million to end up losing 120 million of income then Garlick isn't the man for the job.
It's broke and not getting any better. Something needs to be done about it. The answer is not getting Dyche to spunk £20 million in Jan to keep the same system with no creative spark whatsoever. It's beyond dire.
