Vacuum flasks

Post by Prefeot » Sun Dec 02, 2018 10:12 am

am I allowed to bring a vacuum flask with my beefy bovril drink into the ground on these cold wintery days or are these “banned” under the ground regulations these days ?

To the letter of the rules they are probably not allowed, but you don't have to be a Colombian drug smuggler to get one into the ground.

Unless you sit in the CF stand, I'm searched everytime I go in, even had to take my bobble hat off so the steward could search it before the Newcastle game.

Thers usually about 1 person searching at the CF. Easily avoided by joining another queue

Maybe I enter the ground at the wrong time (usually 20-30 minutes before KO) but there's always a steward on every turnstile.
Maybe I look a little suspicious and that's why they make a beeline for me :?

You'll be fine. The only stipulation is that you have to buy a Twix once you're in the ground :D

There's a guy who brings a flask every match, sits near me. He hasn't hit anyone yet.

Decided on probability...might you throw your flask onto the pitch v might you throw a plastic bottle onto the pitch?
