Just got off it after being sat still for half an hour. Small shunt which should take about 10 minutes to clear up but will take 4 hours.

It wasn't a small shunt.
I was there as it happened and the driver was knocked unconscious at the wheel in the fast lane...

Where and when was this? I've just come off after the run between the Dunkenhalgh and junction 4 (westbound) and it was totally clear without any delays.

It's eastbound between 11 and 12. One lane blocked due to smashed up car in the 2nd lane.
