Fantastic coach but seems to be too familiar with his players rather than being their manager.

A little known fact is that he used to put the cones out at Real Madrid.

Always happy to see him fired - still haven't quite forgiven him for the "lap of honour" after the late Swansea winner! (not that I hold a grudge)!

Seems a decent bloke but what a S..te manager, seems to like hopping from one desperate club to another and collect his compensation.

I dont think you have Chelsea, Real Madrid and Bayern use your services and be poor. Hiddink and other managers he has worked for speak very highly of him as a coach.

A bit similar to the likes of McClaren when at Utd.

At least McClaren has had some success as a manager. He did well at Boro, FC Twente etc.
Clement has been a disaster as a manager everywhere he has been.

At all the clubs you have mentioned why would they need any coach to be "fantastic" when they can pretty much just go out and spend whatever they want on whoever they want. When you have a squad of 50 or 60 and some of the best players in the world how much coaching do you need ? If he had worked in a club with far less resources and the players had performed better than expected then that maybe described as fantastic coaching but he has never had to do this.....except when he was under Steve Keane at Blackburn which he left after 4 months of roaring success !!
